I work with individuals, couples and families as they take on the important task of growing, healing and better understanding how to navigate life’s challenges. My approach to therapy considers the vast and unique relationships, communities and cultures that inform the context of your therapeutic goals. I believe in the infinite power of connection and seek to create a safe place where you can connect with yourself and others more meaningfully while walking side-by-side with an empathic, curious and attuned guide.
I am committed to meeting you where you are and to helping you go where you need to go. All the while, I will work to nurture the many facets of who you are with yourself -- and in relationships – on that courageous and noble journey.
Clinical Fellowship
Clinical fellowship is a voluntary pursuit of didactic training and in-depth mentorship that further informs my approach to therapy. As a recent graduate of Northwestern University’s MS in Marriage and Family Therapy program, I am dedicated to lifelong learning. Through clinical fellowship, I attend trainings, workshops, receive enriching consultations and engage in an ongoing review of the most relevant data and methodologies in the field. I aim to gain a much greater mastery of my role as a therapist through a close learning relationship and advanced training curriculum. I am currently training with Shayna Goldstein, LMFT.
Insurance and Self-Pay
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice Preferred PPO. With other insurance plans, appointments are considered 'Out of Network'. If you are ‘Out of Network’ or are not currently covered by an insurance plan, I am able to work with you on a pricing plan that matches your needs.
